Natural Law; The Basis of our Common Law

“Even Aristotle, a Greek pagan, would have agreed with the Christians on choices and / or decisions which would contradict with the natural flow of nature. He is credited with establishing the Law he called, The Natural Law: A paradigm that posits the existence of a set of laws whose content is set by nature and that therefore has validity everywhere.”

I think Aristotle and I would have been great friends because we both agree that it is nature that rules the truth and the truth can be found in all things naturally.  It is when society tolerates the opposite that problems cannot be solved.

Humans are the only creature with the mental capacity to make decisions that contradict that which is natural and when they do they are stupid enough to believe it is the true and right way of doing things.

However, it is evident that any time such decisions or choices are made it creates a multitude of additional problems for the person and all those that are effected by the choice or decision.  Problems are tied to the Wisdom of Three in the same manner as their solutions are in that there are always three stakeholders to every problem or solution.  The person or entity creating the issue, the person, persons, or entity directly affected by the problem / solution, and those indirectly impacted by the outcomes. Music Follows the Beat of Wisdom

Music NotesCan you stop your feet from tapping when you listen to the familiar beat of “Mr. Tambourine Man” or “Knockin on Heaven’s Door” by the great Bob Dylan?  Do the memories flood your mind, bringing back the excitement of that first dance with that very special someone?

How about when you hear Lynyrd Skynyrd’s “Sweet Home Alabama”; do you start singing along no matter where you are?  If you moved away from the South, do you yearn to return, even if only for a visit?

When you are driving in your car and Jimmy Buffett’s “Margaritaville” starts to play on your radio; can you smell the ocean waves and feel the sand under your feet?

Music, it has been around in one form or another since the beginning of time.  It is man’s river of emotional memories.   It can be used to creatively express a multitude of emotions from happiness, sadness, joy, sorrow, excitement, melancholy, and of course love.  Even before adding lyrics to the melody we can be mesmerized by the beat, tone, and intensity of the sounds; stealing away our current thoughts, replacing them with memories long forgotten.   These notes when tied to our emotions can enhance the way we remember, memorialize, teach, praise, worship, and yes…even love or hate someone or something.    Continue reading “Music Follows the Beat of Wisdom”
